Watch this Video for Help Completing the FAFSA Application!

This Video Provides an Overview of the Financial Aid Process

Current Financial Aid Resources in Career Center

Come to the Career Center for up-to-date financial aid materials and for help completing financial aid applications.

DSHS has submitted 2018 senior verified Cal Grant GPAs to the California Student Aid Commission (CSAC). This means students do not need to complete a GPA verification form to apply for a Cal Grant.  To be eligible for a Cal Grant, students must submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by March 2.  Every senior who attends a California college, has a minimum 2.0 GPA, meets income and residency requirements, and applies by March 2 is guaranteed a Cal Grant.  After submitting the FAFSA, check the status of your Cal Grant at www.webgrants4students.org or call the Cal Grant Help Line at 1-888-224-7268.
